Our work is not finished if you decide for one of our solutions. This is the point where our work begins: If you have any comments or questions regarding our software tools, you are kindly invited to tell us about it! You will benefit in three ways:

• second when we have integrated your special requested functionality in the next release of our software
• and third because you can benefit from the ideas of others in the same way.

This is what we call a Win-Win-Win situation.

This is also why we continuously release product updates. Every tiny little good idea is worth to think about and gets a chance. The fact that someone "on the other side of the world" has a good idea and all INTERACT users can benefit from it in the next product release is still a fascinating idea and philosophy of Mangold International.
