Adding external sensor data to your video coding analysis is more then ever used to gain comprehensive research results: Using INTERACT and DataView in combination makes it easy and efficient !
A current example : José Luis Postigo Sánchez from the University of Málaga in Spain works currently on a project with the German Federal Research Institute for Agriculture (FAL) in Braunschweig, Germany which uses heart rate data in the analysis of cow behavior.
This is one of many possible scenarios for external sensor data that can be included ( such as physiological data, simulator drawn data, eye tracking data ) in multiple research areas ( such as animal behavior, psychology, usability, neuroscience ). If you can think it, we can do it!
