With the IXL module you can build your own extensions and new functionalities within INTERACT! Write your own special import or export filters, data manipulation routines or analysis functions.
The IXL (INTERACT eXtension Language) is based on an easy to understand and easy to maintain object pascal language. It offers not only the possibility to automate INTERACT tasks, but also a full set of regular Windows programming functions. Create a MS Word or Excel document from within INTERACT and insert data into it is just one of an unlimited number of possibilities.
Best of all: those newly created modules integrate seamless into INTERACT and can be found in the special ''Plugin'' menu.
This allows you to write such modules and exchange them with your research partners. She or he will be able to use the provided functionality by simply calling it from the menu within INTERACT!
